Biography


Edward Francisco is a native Chattanoogan who resides in South Carolina. His poetry, short stories, and essays have appeared in over seventy-five publications. He is author of The Dealmake, The Literary Relationships of Robert Coles and Walker Percy, and The South in Perspective: An Anthology of Southern Literature. His books of poetry include Death, Child, and Love, Alchemy of Words, and Only the Word Gives us Being. He is a retired Professor of English and former Writer in Residence at Pellissippi State Community College. He is the Co-founder and Associate Editor of Appalachia Bare Online Magazine.

 

Delonda Shown Anderson is a native of Campbell County, Tennessee, where her family has deep roots dating back centuries. She is a freelance editor, a published poet, and has received awards for her stories about the region. She was former editor of Imaginary Gardens Literary Magazine for Pellissippi State Community College and is a board member of Tennessee Mountain Writers, Inc. She is Co-founder and Chief Editor of Appalachia Bare Online Magazine.
